You need to learn to get in touch with your heart, your soul, your intuition, you need to learn to listen to your body. We all know what it feels like in our bodies when things are off when things aren’t right, and we also know when things feel really good in our body and we’re on the right path. These are signals that we get from the Universe to help us. We need to learn to listen. When we don’t listen we get into trouble.

An example from my life:

I needed a tooth pulled. I was sitting in the dental office waiting for my turn, when everything inside me screamed get out, get out of the office! There was a lot of people in the office, a lot of commotion, even the receptionist got yelled at by a former patient about the care he had received. but I stayed. Being a good little girl that I was taught to be, I stayed for the appointment that I made. I was brought up that when make an appointment, you keep it. I didn’t listen to the signs around me, I didn’t listen to my body, my gut, my intuition. To my horror… the dentist pulled the wrong tooth. He pulled a very healthy molar, when he should have pulled out a very infected bicuspid, two completely different teeth! Then he proceeded to blame me…saying that I pointed to the wrong tooth! I won’t go into the rest of it…but you get the gist!

This was an extremely hard lesson to learn. I had given my power over to a man because he had a dentist shingle. I dishonored myself, I didn’t listen to anything my body was telling me, I didn’t pay attention to any of the signs and there were many! I put my power in another person’s hands.

No more! My power is mine…no one else’s! My life is about me now, taking care of myself, honoring myself, living my life on my terms, following my path, listening to what feels right to me. This is my life’s journey to teach other’s to do this as well. We all have this in us, but we aren’t taught this. Our society teaches us to look outside of ourselves for the answers.

We all need to be responsible for ourselves first. I might lose people in my life for following my intuition, my heart’s desire, but I also know that I have gained a lot more people in my life I have a lot more love, a lot more joy, plus I’m living the life of honoring myself.

Once you raise your energy, you’ll attract other people with the same vibrational level as you. They will gravitate towards you. You will realize that others will actually seek you out. This happens when you live from your heart. Love yourself enough to listen. Quiet yourself and listen to your heart, your soul. You have all the answers inside of you if you just listen…you can’t go wrong….and if you do…just know it was a lesson you were meant to learn. Learn from it and move on! When you do this….your vibration will get even higher!

Welcome to Day 2! In Day 1’s post I mentioned “We are the only ones that have the power to control our energies”, this is true, but many of us tend to blame other people for our lives. We blame our parents, how and where we grew up, we blame our schools, our friends and even our enemies. I even know someone who blames objects for how events happen in their life.

We alone have the POWER, no one else can change our lives for us. It’s just like in the Wizard of Oz “You’ve always had the POWER my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself”.

We need to learn to be responsible for how we feel, our own personal vibration. As adults, we have the ability to really make positive changes in our lives. It’s our choices, our actions, that affect how we feel. Blaming others for how we feel, feeling out of control is a low vibration. If you don’t take responsibility for your life, how you feel, taking the steps to follow your life’s journey, who will???

Love yourself enough to start making small changes, baby steps towards a life you will love…..one that is full of joy and happiness….and a high vibration! These do not have to be big changes at once…but adding them up they bring huge changes in your life. Just start being aware of how you feel, what you think your personal vibration is. If you find yourself saying something negative, you can cancel it out…send love to it, especially if it’s negative toward yourself.

Simple Ideas of small changes….

*Noticing the beauty of nature around you. Feel the love of Mother Earth….the simple things, the sunrises, sunsets, the trees budding, the birds singing, and walking barefoot in new green grass!
*Laughing….even if you go to a park to see kids playing and laughing….enjoy them!
*Daydreaming….all the fun stuff you like to do!

With the new of Spring upon us and the natural energies of Mother Nature rising, I have decided to make regular posts regarding our personal vibration (meaning what out own physical body’s energy is vibrating at) There are studies out there about how it can be measured through muscle testing. We all know when we feel down, our energy level is low, shame, feelings of being unworthy, despair vibrate at a 20. Love, happiness, joy vibrate in the 500’s. While enlightenment vibrates at 700 and above. The United States on average vibrates at 220.

We are the only ones that have the power to control our energies. If you are in a place in your life full of negativity, you have the power to change it. Over the next weeks or possibly months, I will share tidbits that I share with my clients to change their personal vibration, so they can begin to take the steps to get control over their life, to begin getting the power to attract the life they desire!

My first question to you is just take notice of your emotional state, your physical state, your mental state, and how you feel about your spirituality? You might even want to write some of this down so you remember in the days and weeks to come, where you have been and how far you have come to raise your vibration!
