Many people have asked me about what I do….since I have my fingers in a lot of things! I am a woman with many Spiritual Hats! I have several spiritually based businesses…but they all have things in common….I work with the Universe’s Energy, Love, Angels, and the Law of Attraction + many others! With all my hats, the main one that overlaps is that I am here to help others on their spiritual journey as a Spiritual Advisor. I am constantly growing and evolving.

I am making a lot of changes for the upcoming year.

Group Card Reading for December 18, 2017

Love, Compassion

This card literally jumped out of the deck. It holds a lot of significance for what is going on right now within our lives, our families, our great nation and Mother Earth herself. This card has great scientific info on how our heart really works. This has to do with how we are All Are Connected, how our own thoughts affect our lives and those around us and beyond! In this beautiful image, we see Hands reaching toward each other through a heart. The green field surrounding them is the color of the 4th, or heart, chakra. It’s when we feel love in her heart center that we not only naturally emit the healing energy of compassion, but we also attract love and compassion. Studies by the Heart-Math Institute reveal that the electrical signals from the heart are up to 60 times stronger than the brains, and the magnetic field is as much as five times more powerful.

It’s a given that our thinking patterns affect our feelings and in turn, our reality. What we put out whether it’s love, fear, empathy, sadness, and so forth contains an incredible amount of power to shape and influence our reality. When the focus of our attention and intention is love and compassion, we recognize no separation between self and other.

All wounds stem from the illusion of separation from source and all of creation. The route to Healing this wound is through cultivating love and compassion for every being on this planet, including yourself. Not a bland standard of unquestioned acceptance, but a heartfelt sense of profound relatedness to whatever you perceive as apart from yourself. True compassion requires not only the feeling of warmth that emanates when you are in touch with your heart center, but in acts of kindness, even if this simply means being a fully attentive listener.

Respect the fact that your heart is a giver (putting out electrical energy) and a receiver (drawing in magnetic energy. These energies are best sensed by attending to the steady flow of your breathing while also noticing your heart area. Righteousness, fear, anger, and judgment are some common ways to block your natural desire to love. Forgiveness is not only letting go of judgment, but also seen through the illusion that you and all that is are separate. Look about you and inside of you and do your best to love wherever you see.

Lepidolite Crystal for Depression and Anxiety

During this past year I have gotten off of my anti anxiety, anti depression medicine. I discovered through Athena that Lepidolite has Lithium in it. Lithium is what the Pharmaceutical Companies use in their anti anxiety/anti depression prescriptions. They actually send trucks out to the Lepidolite mines to get their Lithium. Lepidolite also repels negativity!!! This is the perfect stone for a my home sanctuary!

Lepidolite is my go to stone, especially living in WI in the Winter! Today the windchill is -25! I have it all over my house. I have them next to my bed for sleep, next to the couch where I sit. I always keep one in my mojo bag and carry it with me wherever I go!

My very best tip is to put them in the bath water or shower and put the stopper down. Your body, your feet will soak up the lithium in a very natural way! Lepidolite is very soft, but durable. It registers at 2.5 to 4, for it’s hardness on the Mohs scale, in comparison a diamond registers at 7 to 8. Since it is soft, it can easily be absorbed into the bath water and then your skin. A perfect Healer from Mother Nature!.

This is the combination of Father Sun, Mother Moon…a Balancing, a Harmonizing of both Feminine and Masculine energies. Plus if you add up the numbers for June 20th, 2016 it equals #8. The #8 is all about Manifesting Material items, Abundance, etc. I am very excited about this day. Come find ways to work with what nature provides us to Naturally Manifest!!!

Raising Your Vibration Day 1

With the New Energies of Spring upon us and the natural energies of Mother Nature rising, I have decided to make regular posts regarding our personal vibration (meaning what our own physical body’s energy is vibrating at).

There are studies out there about how it can be measured through muscle testing. We all know when we feel down, our energy level is low, shame, feelings of being unworthy, despair vibrate at a 20. Love, happiness, joy vibrate in the 500’s. While enlightenment vibrates at 700 and above. The United States on average vibrates at 220.

Everything I do, all the work I do, has to do with energy, how we vibrate, clearing out old, low energies and raising our vibration to attract the life we desire. I do this in my work as the Intuitive Realtor/Healer, as well as all the work I do as an Healing Services I do, including Space Healing, Soul Awakening Coaching, and Energy Healing (Reiki). 

We are the only ones that have the power to control our energies. If you are in a place in your life full of negativity, you have the power to change it. Over time I will share tidbits that I share with my clients to change their personal vibration, so they can begin to take the steps to get control over their life, to begin getting the Power To Attract the Life They Desire!

My first question to you is just take notice of your emotional state, your physical state, your mental state, and how you feel about your spirituality? You might even want to write some of this down so you remember in the days and weeks to come, where you have been and how far you have come to raise your vibration!

New Moon Manifesting Ritual and Video

Tonight is the Aries New Moon, April 7th, 2016. In the Video I explain how you can use the New Moon’s Magnetic Energy to Manifest the Life You Desire, to plant the seeds of your goals, of your dreams. The New Moon’s Energy is a perfect time for this.

The new moon each month is the peak time to set new goals and intentions. Start by planting the seeds of your dreams and watching them grow… plant new intentions. Utilizing this fertile energy will synchronize you with the larger creative forces of the universe.  Tailor the ritual to your comfort by filling the space with objects, colors and fragrances that you love. There is no right or wrong way.

Items you might want to create a sacred space:

Candles, photos or images of what you are manifesting, sage or incense for smudging,  something from all the elements, candles (fire), sea shell (water), crystals/stones (earth), with incense, feather (air), Oracle cards, and any other special objects you want to include. Have a pen and paper available too.

  1. Smudge or sage your sacred space in a large circle.
  2. When you are placing each object in the space, think of why you wanted the object in the ceremony, its purpose, such as the candle is there for the fire element.  When all 4 of the elements are balanced, the energy will flow freely and your ritual will be more effective.
  3. Start by lighting the candle and burning incense. Focus on your breath and breathe deeply. You can also meditate and if it helps, play a guided manifestation meditation. Ask yourself: “What do I want to create in my life?”
  4. Call in any spirit guides, angels, ascended masters (such as Jesus, Buddha, Mother Mary etc) anyone you want to be around you.
  5. You can say… “I accept these things into my life now or something better for the highest good and the highest good of all concerned.” 
  6. Write down your intentions, as many as you wish. Note that intentions should always be written in the positive. For instance, instead of “I don’t want,” use “I want” or “I am.” Read each intention out loud as you finish. You can write these on small pieces of paper and then ‘plant’ them in your garden, flower bed, or in your potted plants inside. Each time you water them, think of the notes you have.
  7. Be in each moment. Aligning your energy with the mysterious new moon requires that you connect with your natural rhythm. Also, listen carefully for any messages that Spirit is giving you. These messages could come in the form of feelings, thoughts or through a sort of “sixth sense.” Pay attention!
  8. When finished. Allow yourself to release any emotions that you are feeling. Take deep breaths.
  9. Close your ritual any way you want. You may read a poem, say a prayer or remain in silence. Extinguish the candle.

Clear Your Aura with a Natural Spa Bath!!!

Here is a great way to really pamper, take care of yourself…spend some much needed alone time nurturing yourself! At least once a week….clear your aura, your energy field of all the energetic sh** you pick up. Plus raise your vibration by taking care of yourself…and NO this is not selfish…it is much needed Self Care so you are capable of taking care of others!

I suggest using Himalayan salt (along with Epson or sea salt)… Salt helps release the toxins in your body and refreshes and purifies your auric field. Himalayan Salt raises your vibration. You can even bring a salt lamp into the bath room with you if you have one and there is room…

You can add crystals… just arrange them so your body isn’t on them…know how many you put in the bath…plus they need to be smooth so the salt doesn’t erode them.

1. Rose Quartz: fills you with self love and positive energy

2. Black Tourmaline: Repels, dissolves negative energy and gets you grounded (or any other black or dark stones such as black onyx, smoky quartz, hematite, jet, and black obsidian.)

3. Amethyst: heals holes in the aura, transmutes negative energy, and draws in the Divine to protect the aura

4. Bloodstone: cleanses the aura.

5. Carnelian: repairs the aura.

6. Citrine: cleanses and aligns the aura.

7. Quartz: cleanses, protects, and strengthens the aura.

You can even add a stone that correlates to each of the chakras…look at the chakra colors and have a stone in a similar color.

You can add a nice essential oil such as

1. Lavender…especially before bed

2. Tea Tree oil to unblock your chakras and dissolve negative energy

3. Rose for self love…and to connect you with your heart chakra…Love…which is the ultimate healer

Light some candles and put on some soothing music….preferably 432 hz or even a guided mediation. Invite Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael to heal your energy, your body, to clear anything negative from you, and to put you in a protective bubble.

This is to give you some ideas….let your imagination go…listen to your heart on how to create the perfect Spa Bath for specifically for yourself!

Tonight’s Full Moon Cleansing and Ritual May 21st

The Full Moon is nature telling us it’s time to release. We are Full of Emotions. Learning to work with Mother Moon during this time can heighten your release. Let it Go, Give it to Mother Moon, to the Universe, to God. It’s time to start using what God gave us, what Mother Nature provides for us Learn how to Ignite Your Power to Attract!

Here is my Full Moon Video explaining how to use Mother Moon’s Magnetic Energy to Let Go and Release the Sh** that no longer serves you!

Full Moon Cleansing Preparation:

  • Create a sacred space and arrange a time to perform the ceremony.
  • Write down on paper the things you want to release, let go, change.
  • Have something that is safe to burn in…a fireplace, fire pit, something that is fire-safe.

Full Moon Cleansing

Find a special place to do the Ritual… A sacred Space.

Cleanse your sacred area with an opening prayer…inviting Archangel Raphael, Michael, Zadkiel, and any of the other Archangels to come and assist you. You can also invite any Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters, and anyone else who you would like to join you. You can burn sage, Palo Santo wood, incense or a combination.

Light one or more candles….listen to your Intuition for the type, size, color and how many. You can add statues, crystals, anything to your sacred space that feels right.

Write out what no longer serves you, what you need to release. Let the words flow out of you.

If you want, read out loud the words you have written on the paper…or just have the intention. Invite whoever is assisting you to help in releasing it from your life.

Take it outside and set it to fire in the fire-safe container. Give everything that you are releasing over to Mother Moon.

Thank the spirits and everyone else who assisted you. Feel this low energy release from your body.
